Antioch: Contra Costa Anti-Violence Support Effort Nets Two Arrests

by ECT

The CASE (Contra Costa County Anti-Violence Support Effort) team has arrested two suspects in Antioch following an investigation into illegal activities.

51-year-old Harold Mckneely and his son, 22-year-old Emetrik Mckneely, were arrested this morning following the serving of a search warrant at their residence on the 2800 block of Gentrytown Drive in Antioch. The CASE team was assisted by the California Department of Justice Bureau of Firearms.

During the search of the residence, officers located three handguns, approximately two pounds of marijuana, Xanax pills, cash and other contraband. One of the handguns was found to have been stolen.

Both were booked into the county jail in Martinez on various charges including felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, illegal transfer of a firearm, possession of marijuana, and possession of stolen property. Harold Mckneely is being held in lieu of $390,000 bail; Emetrik’s bail is set at $350,000.

The CASE Team is a joint effort by the Office of the Sheriff, California Department of Justice, California Highway Patrol, Pittsburg Police Department and Walnut Creek Police Department. CASE was created in November 2011 as a collaborative effort to reduce violent crimes in Contra Costa, especially those related to illegal firearms.

The current largest, most-effectively powerful criminals in the world are wearing suits and puffing on cigars inside high-rise buildings with pills, guns, cash, and scales as their average briefcase belongings.

(The men in this story are the bottom feeders of the pond. If you want real progress in the effort to eradicate crime, why isn’t anyone going after the big oil tycoons raping the planet?)

To the men and women who service to protect us, job well done. Thank you!!!

To the Antioch Mayor Mr. Wade and Councilwomen Mrs. Wilson crime isn’t down. The criminals are just smarter than you. Antioch is the home of Section 8s, Paroles, Gangs, etc.. This was a great place to live, but thanks to our elected politicians that ran this city down. They screw-up Antioch, now they wanted to screw more cities. Don’t vote for them, unless you don’t care about your city.

I will vote for both of you, 100% unequivocally, that’s if the following is on the ballet:

1. Immediately step-down from political office and never again venture into politics!!!

You truly failed Antioch. Supervisor Federal Glover started the downfall, and then Mr Wade, Mrs Wilson and other council members allowed the tsunami to continue to destroy our city. We’re #1 worst city. WOW, then must be proud to be number 1. Get out of politics!!!!

There are people who can do their jobs, thank you East County Law Enforcement. If you political morons want to learn how to do a great job follow their lead.

Why don’t we get on with the total surveillance already?

If law enforcement had complete control over everyone’s phones, Internet usage, travel plans, etc, we’d be able to prevent crimes likes these %100. If our government finally could monitor everything we did, break iPhone encryption, etc, people like this would never be able to commit a crime again.

Anyone here in favor of total government survellience in the hope of preventing all future crime?

Like taking spoonfuls of water out of a sinking boat and hoping to stay afloat… Crime is part of human nature and can never be eradicated without first eliminating some of our most basic instincts. How does society expect to do this apart from brain lobotomies, hypnosis, etc? Small busts like this do no damage to the overall picture of crime on this planet. The real strings of crime are being pulled from the top, but it’s stories like these that keep us laymen from really prying deep into the real origins of human crime.

People from the top to bottom get busted! As long as they keep busting them, more scum off the streets for now, until the bail out and never show up for court!
