On Tuesday January 28 at approximately 5:46 pm, Elijah Hill, 19 years, was arrested by Antioch Police Officers and Detectives for the attempted homicide of a 33 year old Antioch resident. This attempted homicide appears to have occurred after an argument in the Jack in the Box parking lot, 4801 Lone Tree Way. The Victim is considered to be in Critical Condition.
Hill was sent to MDF. Antioch Police Detectives will be seeking attempted Homicide charges later in the week.

What does color have to do with anything? The man that raped and took the little girl from antioch a few weeks ago wasnt black were you surprised then? Just because he was a black male doesnt mean every black male is guilty. You need to change your outlook. There are plenty of killers and rapists and drug offenders of every single color. Because of color doesnt make you better or worse then any other race. Its a life decision to turn out that way.

If that is him with the braids that is who I saw walking fast away from Jack in the Box when I was leaving Walmart. I never forget a face because something didn’t sit right with me. I called APD because the picture they used in the post he looks different which he could of went and shaved his head and goatee. I was accused of being hateful and racist in the other post when I had mentioned that I saw a black guy walking away from Jack in the Box.

JW, what was the argument over? Does anyone know the truth at this point? If this was an isolated case where this POS shot your friend just to shoot him, then shame on me for speculating. However, because if APD releases this info it could jeopardize the investigation but until that is know I’m assuming it wasn’t a case of just being shot for nothing. I’m sorry your friend was shot and hopefully he pulls through this. Prayers
There was a homeless man sleeping over in that area, specifically across from UNO’s in front of the dentist office. I am wondering since this kid worked at Jack in the Box there if he got into an argument with the homeless man and shot him.

I’m so sorry this happened to your son who was already in a wheel chair from what I understand. Do they know why the argument happened and why that little punk shot him? I noticed that APD is being very tight lipped about this investigation.

As far as who is committing the real crimes against society is obvious by statistics. Read the stats and they will tell you a lot of info about who’s who and who’s doing what. There still needs to be accountability to those people’s counterparts to turn that statistic around.
Yes I wish the family of the person who shot this poor man would come out and apologys. They should pay for this mans medical needs. And the man who shot him should be given the death sentience.
