The Antioch Police Department issued a missing adult alert Wednesday morning for a 50-year-old Antioch man with diminished mental capacity and sought the publics help in locating the man. Shortly after the press release, Wayne Carter was located within about an hour’s time. Carter had reportedly walked away from a care facility at approximately 8:00 am this morning . He is unable to communicate and is at risk because of these details.

This missing person has a very limited mental capacity and has medication that needs to be administered. He walked away from a care facility at approx 8:00 am this morning . He is unable to communicate and is at risk because of these details.
