On Sunday afternoon, more than 5,000 PG&E customers are without power in the northern part of the City of Pittsburg.
According to PG&E, the outage began at 3:05 pm which is around the same time Contra Costa County Fire responded to a report of wires down at Railroad and N. Parkside.
There are two large outages and the estimated restoration time is 6:15 pm.
