Pittsburg Police Looking for Missing Person

The Pittsburg Police Department is looking for the following person who walked away from a group home on Sept 20th at 8:20 a.m.

His name is Jose Garcia, Hispanic male, 21 years old, hazel eyes short shaved dark brown hair, 5’10”, 155 lbs. He was last seen wearing a lite brown shirt and blue jeans and white shoes.

Jose has a history of seizures, mood outbreaks, mild hearing loss and the mental capacity of a six year old.
