At 4:56 pm Sunday, the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District responded to a report of a 16-year-old male who fell at the Antioch Skate Park and sustained a head injury.
It was reported that as a result of the head injury, the male was having a seizure and later was in and out of consciousnesses.
Contra Costa Fire and AMR provided medical care and transported the patient across the street to Deer Valley High School where a medical helicopter landed to transport the male to a local hospital.
No other information was provided.
