7th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Birthday Celebration & Scholarship Presentation

by ECT

The window for middle and high schools students to apply for a 7th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Scholarship Award is currently open and ends on January 6th.

The MLK scholarship grew from former Antioch City Council Member Reggie Moore’s desire to celebrate Dr. King’s historical contributions, along with an event celebrating the man and his legacy began in 2009. It continues today as Mr. Moore’s legacy as Antioch’s first African American Council Member.
