22-Year-Old Male Revived After Drowning

At roughly 4:57 pm, emergency personnel were called after a person drowned in a pool off L Street in Antioch where  CPR was immediately started on the 22-year-0ld male victim who was immediately transported to Sutter Delta Medical Center.

We are still in the process of gather details, however, according to a source close to the situation, they state the man was revived and is going to “make it”.

Just a correction: If they’re going to “make it,” they didn’t drown. That would be a “near-drowning.”

Well he was dead then crews revived him so would that be a drowning and then a near drowning?

His heart wasn’t beating and then the crew got him back = drowning

he could have been clinically dead, no pulse not breathing. Then revived.
