Update: It’s been confirmed that a 7 year-old Antioch girl has been found within the City of Antioch and a subject has been taken into custody. No further information is available at this time. An Amber Alert was issued after she was kidnapped outside of her family home around 6:45 pm Friday evening.
Thank you to all law enforcement for their hard work and to everybody who shared her photo–it was a great effort by all to make sure she was found quickly and safely. Prayers to the family this evening as they can begin to heal.

Prior to finding the girl, Antioch Police released the photograph of 43 year old David Allen Douglas who was positively identified in an earlier attempted kidnap in Antioch today. He is a strong person of interest in the kidnapping that resulted in the Amber Alert. He is believe to be driving a 1996 Tan Toyota Camry Ca Lic. 3SSJ089. Anyone that sees this vehicle should call 911. It is unknown if he is the person who was arrested when Natalie was found.
