San Francisco Police Arrest Suspect from US Marshal’s “Most Wanted” List in Antioch

On November 18, 2015 at approximately 6:00 AM, members of the San Francisco Police Department’s Tactical Team and Patrol Bureau Task Force served a search warrant at a residence on the 5000 block of Crestpark Circle in the City of Antioch.

With the assistance of officers assigned to Bayview Police Station, investigating officers determined that Ulysses “Bear” Davis was inside the house. They also knew that if his apprehension was delayed, Davis would most likely evade them.

Davis, a 36 year old, male, with a last known address in San Francisco, was on the United States Marshal’s Service list of Most Wanted Fugitives in Northern California. A known San Francisco gang member, Davis had been on the run for six years and had outstanding warrants for attempted homicide and weapons violations including use of an assault rifle.

San Francisco Police Tactical Team members took Davis into custody after a brief standoff at the residence. He was transported to San Francisco where he was later booked into custody at the Federal Building.
