On November 30 at 11:39 am, Antioch Police responded to a report of several calls of shots being fired in the 2400 block of Cedar Court. Upon arrival, they could not locate any victims.
At least six shots were fired in this incident.
According to Antioch Police Corporal James Stenger, a short time later, two males showed up at area hospitals with injuries related to this incident: a 29 Year-Old Bay Point male had a head wound from being physically assaulted, and a 35 Year-Old Antioch male had stab wounds to his lower body.
Neither of these subjects’ injuries were life threatening. No victim of a shooting was located. The case is currently under investigation.
Police are still investigating the incident and released no other details.
