Yesterday evening around 6:31 pm, a man riding his bicycle in Antioch was hit by a vehicle near Walmart on Hillcrest Avenue and Lone Tree Way where he was taken to a local hospital via ambulance. The man had a dog with him whom ran under a nearby vehicle. One of our readers now has the dog and is looking to return it to its rightful owner.

If anyone knows the owner of this dog, please email us so we can forward you contact information. [email protected]

Wouldn’t APD be able to help with this since he was taken to hospital?

The hospital can’t give anyone info on a pt…. But, If the owner is still in the hospital, can’t the finder contact animal services and they contact the police to relay the message? The poor little pup looks upset.

I wrote To link . I think this dog lives off a court on Mammoth way . I have found one like it more than once . It get out all the time . If it’s the same dog it belongs to elderly Hispanic couple on the 2 court on Mammoth way off Deer Valley
