The Antioch Police Department announced Thursday that two women have been arrested on prostitution charges at two different massage parlors within city limits.<\/p>\n
On February 9, just after 12:00 pm, the Antioch Police Department conducted an undercover operation at Far East Massage parlor<\/strong> which is located in the 2300 block of Buchanan Road in Antioch. During the operation, an undercover officer paid for a massage.<\/p>\n During the massage, Jung Li<\/strong>, the masseuse, solicited the officer. Jung Li offered to exchange sexual acts for the officer\u2019s money.<\/p>\n On the same day, just after 3:00 pm, police officers conducted an undercover operation at the Massage Spa<\/strong> massage parlor<\/strong> which is located in the 4600 block of Golf Course Road in Antioch. During the operation, an undercover officer paid for a massage.<\/p>\n During the massage, Shoumei Zhang<\/strong>, the masseuse, solicited the officer. Shoumei Zhang offered to exchange sexual acts for the officer\u2019s money. Zhang was arrested and released after being issued a citation.<\/p>\n Both undercover operations were conducted after receiving numerous complaints about the establishment.
