This could turn your neighbors home into a duplex or fourplex.<\/p>\n<p>According to SB 9: it streamlines the process so homeowners can create duplexes and subdivide their existing property up to four units.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ourneighborhoodvoices.com\/\">Our Neighborhood Voices<\/a> are fighting to bring local zoning issues back to cities and should not be handled at the State. They highlight a series of recently passed laws allow developers to build multi-story, multi-unit buildings right next door to single-family homes and deny our ability to fight back.
