So? Who started THIS fire? Was it the same guy who was caught starting the Black Diamond Regional Park fire? A fire doesn’t just start by itself.

I would like to know too as well as the rest of the fires. Police need to get on the ball with catching these arsonists. I think there is more than one and they are working together. Yesterday, it was Black Diamond Mines Park and ranger caught the guy pouring lighter fluid on an already ignited fire. Very sad, no one will get together rear and figure this out.
