This is the result of one of the vehicles running a red light which often happens at that intersection. People drive like they are totally insane!

This Video really upset me. WHY is this public knowledge?? GOD DAMNIT!!! This is a families loved one that is deceased in the vehicle. Why does ECT video tape private situations that does not need to go public???!!! omg!!!

ECT Jun 23, 2019 - 6:50 am

I mean no disrespect but this was news. It shutdown a roadway for several hours. It also is not really private when you have public agencies on a public street working an incident. So I am not sure why you would consider this a private situation…. the videographer was respectful in not ensuring the body was not shown but rather focus on firefighters and police working the scene.

Its disrespectful to the graving families regardless if your not showing the deceased body getting pulled out of the wreckage. They don’t want to see footage of that. I know your trying to get your rating up. That’s not the way to do it!

If your family doesn’t want to see footage of that, don’t watch the news. It’s optional. It’s none of your business what is or isn’t reported. Deal with it. If it’s not your family, once again – it’s none of your business. The world doesn’t revolve around you. Grow up.

Chilling video……. under that yellow tarp was someone’s loved one.

Horribly disrespectful!!

Disrespectful? Jun 23, 2019 - 9:32 am

I don’t see how it is disrespectful? It was all over the local news and pictures were shown. This is a news reporting channel and the accident was in public so it is no longer private. Sorry for you loss and misunderstanding of “news” I am sure you watch and read all types of shit but now that it hits home you are mad.

Melanie Jun 24, 2019 - 3:49 pm

It’s not disrespectful. Some people just like to whine. They’re also not very bright. The media is just dong their job.

You are an Idiot if you think that reporting the news is disrespectful. You if you don’t like a certain food, don’t eat it. If you don’t like a certain tv show don’t watch it. You know it is going to be on here so don’t click the fucking video!!!!

Excessive speed… there are consequences. My empathy is for anyone that could’ve been hurt (and a bystander was) or killed by this recklessness. Slow down before you kill innocent people.

Krafty Life Jun 23, 2019 - 6:23 pm

Don’t get mad at the News they are doing their job. Like the other person said don’t watch.

Are ya’ done? Jun 23, 2019 - 9:27 pm

The folks who are complaining sound like the kind of people who visit the Emergency Room for a paper cut. All a bunch of sheltered people who wont know how to filter water after an earthquake. All of you sound like whining Democrats about the 2nd amendment. You guys also sound like Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh.

So, pick up your blankets, go to your room, and suck your right thumb until they look like Mitch Mcconnells ugly face.

ECT, thank you! I honestly think you keep our communities safe. I never asked ECT to report too a hazardous scene. You go because you want to. I know its in your heart. So, thank you!

This is a tragic and sad loss that was completely preventable!! Goes mrs. To be shown in class rooms. this video is what hits home, maybe the one that will make the next speeding driver, the next texting driver, the next distracted driver slow down!!! I watched that red asphalt video as a kid and it truly made an impact on how I drive. This video has that same impact.
So much tragedy that can be prevented!
