At 1:09 pm Sunday, the Oakley Police Department and East Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to a report of a shooting at Carol Lane in the City of Oakley.
At least one person was struck by gunfire and one person was being transported by medical helicopter.
As of 1:20 pm, it appears Oakley Police have a suspect in custody after a traffic stop. Police also recovered the weapon.
