A quick review of Empathy Wines Rose which arrived Monday… today I wanted to answer the question if Empathy Wines produced the greatest Rosé ever released as claimed by Gary Vaynerchuk.
The co-founders include Vaynerchuk, Jon Troutman and Nate Scherotter. Produced in Napa, this is a very smooth bottle of wine, lots of cranberry, raspberry and cherry flavor with mixed red fruit. Very smooth with near perfect tannins.
Empathy Wines was created to provide good wine at a reasonable cost by selling wine direct to consumers – meaning those $50 bottles of wine are now $20.
For transparency purposes, I purchased the 6-bottle package ($450) but will now probably upgrade to the case which is $720 for the year.
So is Empathy Wine the greatest Rose you have tasted? would love to hear your thoughts. Will close by saying this is a case worthy purchase!

It’s Rosé, not Rose! Probably delicious! How can it NOT be that? Not with those fabulous fruits it’s made from.
My mother, who was an “amateur” winemaker, wound up with a fantastically delicious raspberry sparkling wine (almost like a great champagne) when she just wanted to make plain raspberry wine. Something happened for it to come out that way, but she was never able to duplicate it. I wish someone made just plain raspberry champagne!
