On Wednesday, Contra Costa County Animal Services announced they are offering free adoptions for kittens, cats and rabbits through Friday.
According to Steve Burdo, they are being flooded with kittens and cats being brought back from foster homes and they hope by offering free adoptions, they will find forever homes while clearing space.

I have a small brown female dog for a good home. She is bad with children but great with older people.
