The Brentwood Police Department initiated an investigation where Carlos Gonzalez, 35 of Hercules, was accused of sexual assault involving a male juvenile. Gonzalez was formally the manager at Chipolte restaurant in Brentwood where the sexual assault took place against the victim seeking employment at the restaurant.
Police say the preliminary investigation resulted in an arrest warrant being issued for Gonzalez.
On Dec. 30, 2020, Gonzalez was arrested without incident at his residence in Hercules. He was booked into county jail on multiple felony sex crimes involving a minor.
Further investigation has revealed additional victims who communicated with Gonzalez through social media platforms. These victims met Gonzalez while he was managing other Chipolte restaurants throughout the Bay Area. Due to the fact Gonzalez was exposed to an unknown number of individuals while managing different Chipolte restaurants, its believes there may be more victims that have yet to come forward.

Was it sexual assault or was it coercion and exploitation? There us a difference. They stated the males kept in contact over social media. I’m sorry but if you raped me I damn sure wouldn’t be one if your damn social media followers or friends. So did he do the ild..suck my dick for a job thing or vice versa..I would lime to kniw cuz if he was wholesale rapping kids…somebody should have been dealt with him.
