Antioch: 3 Injured in Crash After Driver Runs Stop Sign

At around 8:00 pm Saturday, a driver ran a stop sign and crashed into another vehicle causing it to overturn and take out a pole in the City of Antioch on W. 10th Street at D Street.

Antioch Police and Contra Costa County Fire Protection District responded and requested 3 ambulance for 3 patients, two which sustained moderate injuries. Another person sustained minor injuries. PG&E was also requested to the scene.

Antioch Police are investigating the incident and no other information was released.

I’ve seen many people run stop signs at that particular intersection. Avoid it like the plague! It’s a very dangerous street.

Reactive police presence; They’ll clean up the scene and o the paperwork. Off to the next victim.
