I guess now it’s a daily occurrence! People with a total lack of driving skills putting the rest of us in danger! No description how this happened? Which idiot started the chain reaction? This should be reported in great detail!

How sadly disgusting to have waited over twenty years for the completed improvements to this roadway only to have it become transformed into another blood alley.

The CHP should create a DRONE program to have them fly over Hwy-4 to establish which idiots’ driving caused the crashes which involved the other cars! These crashes seem to be occuring 3 to 4 times every week, including weekends! You take your life in your hands when you get on those on ramps! You may wind up dead or severely injured. THIS HAS TO STOP!

I can tell you EXACTLY what happened because I’m the woman who pulled the man and is small child from the car after it crashed. It was not the drivers fault! I was behind him and I saw someone cut him off and speed off, he over corrected and his car flipped n the air and rolled over three times. There were not three cars involved, it was his, mine when I pulled over and the other woman in the white car that stopped traffic so that I could get to them safely as my daughter called 911. They both were amazingly not injured other than scrapes and a few scratches. They were both taken to the hospital via ambulance and the other woman and I stayed to talk to the offices as they arrived on the scene. I’m praying there

A drone would have caught the guy who cut off the car in front of you. That’s the one to go after. One problem is that people don’t anticipate such things and are ready to react. Also, people tend to follow too closely. This is why I like how drivers are trained in Germany where learn how to react in such situations and they don’t get drivers’ licenses unless they can pass tests which include such a situation in their driving tests.

Will be a little more consideration for our own lives as well as each other as we all leave home in morning. Everyone wants to arrive alive and we need to remember that our actions can easily take a life if we are not paying attention!

The problem is SPEED! We really don’t have a speed limit in this state. They say, “keep up with the flow of traffic!” What if some idiots are driving 80 or 90 mph? The speed needs to be cut down. Drastically! Or will see more and more of such crashes. Highway 4 in the Antioch-Pittsburg-Concord area has had almost daily traffic problems. Loveridge, Railroad, San Marcos and Port Chicago areas are in the news almost every day.
