Veterans of Oakley to Host 9/11 Commemoration

At 2:00 pm Sunday, the Veterans of Oakley will host their annual 9/11 wreath laying, commemoration and remembrance.

Ceremonies begin at 2pm sharp on the corner of Main Street and Norcross at the City of Oakley Veteran’s Memorial.

Those in attendance last year included representatives from the Oakley Police Department, East Contra Costa Fire Protection District, AMR, and the military.

All are welcome to attend.
