At 11:20 am Monday, Contra Costa County firefighters responded to a report of a rollover crash on westbound Highway 4 just before the Hillcrest exit which blocked all lanes of traffic.
According to Contra Costa County Fire, this was a two vehicle crash which left one pickup truck rolled over and another vehicle spun out in the center of Highway 4. No extrication was required, however, they did have to block all lanes as they worked to clear the scene as of 11:30 am.
By 11:37 am, CONFIRE reportedly opened up two lanes to get traffic moving, however, the slow lane is blocked.
By 11:39 am, Engine 93 (East Contra Costa Fire) was released.

Some people just can’t go with the flow. Multiple lane changes at high speed….always looking for a shortcut, and inevitably crashing into or effecting level-headed drivers. Your haste is making waste…
In my opinion the bad drivers I see are mostly young black women on they sail foams.
