On Friday, at approximately 6:08 PM, the Antioch Police Department received a report of a fight inside the bar area at Delta Bowl located at 3300 Delta Fair Blvd. Officers arrived to find the adult male victim down and unresponsive. The victim was transported to a local area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
This case is currently being investigated as a homicide by the Antioch Police Department Investigations Bureau. They are following up on leads at this time. The victim has not yet been identified, but police did say he was a 41-year-old Vallejo resident.
Update Via Antioch Police: 12:26pm
The suspect, identified as a 24-year-old male Pittsburg resident, turned himself in to the Antioch Police Department several hours ago. This suspect has been arrested and will be sent to the Martinez Detention Facility on homicide charges.
Antioch Police will not be releasing any additional information at this time.

Very sad to see this happen in my town. Glad the subject turned himself in which a lot of people dont do these days.
Im wondering if some people just leave comments to feel important?
they immediatly knew who he was n went to his house to not find him home,im sure family called him to let him know to turn himself in because he was caught,probably advised him to turn himself in,would look alot better when he is tried for murder.
I wonder if they were fighting over a sail foam, wulfer check, or drugs. I well could have been a dispute over a baby’s mama.

It sounded like a bar fight turned deadly. Funny thing was the suspect had a patriots jersey on that was Aaron Hernandez (81). Fits him perfectly.
