A traffic crash around 11:30 am Monday has caused a backup on Vasco Road near Dryer Road in unincorporated Contra Costa County.
The crash, 3-miles south of Camino Diablo, has blocked the No. 1 and 2 lanes and one-way traffic was in effect in the southbound lanes only as of 11:48 am.

Headline should read ; Once again an idiot maybe two idiots have caused the rest of the world unnecessary delays, property damage and possibly injury, these are not accidents somebody did something intentional that was the wrong probably stupid thing to do. These are not accidents they are crashes.

Once the police establish who initially caused the crash, that person (or persons) should be arrested, tried and put in prison! Their driving privileges should be suspended for years or taken away from them entirely! Are they just let go because they may have sustained an injury in a situation they caused themselves?
There is no such thing as an “accident.”
