Traffic Accident Knocks Out Power to 2,400 in Pittsburg

A traffic accident on N. Parkside Dr. has knocked out power to 2,454 customers Wednesday morning in Pittsburg.

The two vehicle traffic accident occurred at 5:30 am which left two vehicles blocking N. Parkside Dr. at Warren Way according to CONFIRE radio traffic. The accident was non-injury.

CUSTOMERS AFFECTED: 2454
CAUSE: Unknown – PG&E will be assessing the cause.
STATUS: PG&E assessment crew is en route to the outage.

Update – as of 6:28 am – the customers impacted was reduced to 500.
