Tonight: FOMCW to Host Meeting on “What We Are Putting In Our Water”

by ECT

Join the Friends of Marsh Creek Watershed tonight from 6:30-8:30pm where they will discuss “What Are We Putting In Our Water and May Not Know We Are Doing So”.

The Friends of Marsh Creek are encouraging people as spring begins to start to think about battling the bugs and helping making our plants more productive and protected.  The fertilizers and pesticides we use can (and do) get washed in to our waterways through our storm drains.  They will share safer options and learn about how they apply these chemicals in a more economical and safer way.

Susan Junfish of Parents for a Safer Environment will be presenting about their efforts to help make the world and environment a safer place for our children and all of us.
