Tonight in Antioch, Restore the Delta will host a forum to discuss the impacts of the Bay Delta Conservation Plan. Assemblyman Jim Frazier and Supervisor Mary Piepho will be on hand to speak during the forum which will be held at the Lone Tree Golf & Event Center.  The event begins at 6:30 pm.
