Today: Brentwood Holiday Parade and Winter Walkabout

The place to be this afternoon is in Downtown Brentwood as the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce hosts its 31st Annual Holiday Parade and Winter Walkabout.

Starting at 3:00 pm, local business will open their shops for kids by having arts and craft stops.

For adults, there will be a downtown tasting of local restaurants. The tasting costs $15 and tickets can be purchased at Crème dela Gem Jewelry and CoCo County Wine Store.

Restaurants include:

  • Sweeney’s Bar & Grill
  • Orleans
  • Pho Vietnam
  • Cap’s Bar & Grill
  • La Fuente & Blue Iguana Bar
  • CoCo County Wine Store
  • Uptown Lounge
  • TLCakes

Following the Winter Walkabout, a lighted parade will begin about 5:30 pm. The parade will begin at First and Chestnut; turn right on Maple and Right on Second Street. Viewing stands will be located near TL Cakes, Veteran Hall and on the Left hand side of Maple.
