At 7:24 pm Saturday evening, Antioch Police and Contra Costa County Fire Protection District responded to a vehicle accident after a man ran into a parked car on Putnam Street in Antioch. The man was asked to take a field sobriety test and agreed. Upon completion of the test, the man taken into custody for a suspected DUI.
The impact from the crash moved a white truck about a foot while forcing it to crash into a second vehicle. There appears to be no injuries in the crash.
The pictures below highlight Antioch PD performing a field sobriety test. Let this be a reminder not to drink and drive as this man hit a parked car, thankfully no kids were playing in the street and no one was killed in the incident.

Hopefully these photos help this man realize needs help judging by what his family said. Thank god he did not kill anyone or hurt any kids
