Students at O’Hara Park Middle School Surprise Teacher With Present

8th graders at O’Hara Park Middle School in the City of Oakley pitched in and presented their teacher, Mr. Mauro, with a brand new pair of tennis shoes. The gesture was out of respect for all he had done over the years.

According to Nicholas Prater, they did this because he had taught us a lot over the years. Showed us how to be a good person and treat everyone with respect no matter how bad they treat you.
