On Saturday, Larry Treat of Strategic Threat Management Group was honored by the Delta Veterans Group and Supervisor Mary Piepho for their efforts in assisting with Stand Down on the Delta 2015.
JR Wilson and Brad Yoder of the Delta Veterans Group presented a plague in a short presentation.
Wilson highlighted that Strategic Threat Management was one of the first companies to donate to the Stand Down on the Delta which helped over 300 veterans get resources who were homeless and at risk.
“I don’t know what to say,” said Treat.
Wilson responded “You don’t have to say anything; your actions in our community speak for them self.”
Supervisor Mary Piepho’s Office also extended a thank you during the ceremony for their efforts in fundraising and helping veterans in East Contra Costa County.
