Stockton: Former Teacher Arrested for Improper Sexual Conduct with Former Students

In November 2015, Stockton Police and Lincoln Unified School District received an anonymous tip that around 2009, a Lincoln High School teacher had improper sexual conduct with a 15 year old female student, which included sending sexual explicit messages and inappropriate touching.

Immediately, the Stockton Police Department and Lincoln Unified School District launched an investigation into this matter. During the investigation, Detectives learned the teacher also sent sexual explicit messages to another 15 year old female student around 2009.

Yesterday, February 11, 2016, Stockton Police Department Detectives arrested Matthew Teeters, a 41 year old man. He was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on multiple felony charges.

This is still an active investigation, anyone with information is asked to call.
