Updated: Kidnapped Girl Found, Police Still Searching for Suspect

The Stockton Police Department and the California Highway Patrol have issued an Amber Alert Thursday morning for a 15-year-old girl.

According to police, a 5:00 am incident in the 3300 block of Bea Hackman Court occurred when Alex Quinones was at his parents house when he violently attacked his 15-year-old girlfriend.

Police say Quinones then allegedly forced his girlfriend to get in a car. He took off and is now believed to be headed to Fresno or San Jose. Police have tentatively identified the girl as Maria Jaar Garcia.

Suspect is Alex Quinones, a 22 year old Hispanic man, 5’10” and 155 lbs. He was last seen wearing no shirt, black pants, and black shoes.

The car is described as a blue 2010 Chevy Impala with the license plate number 6TDX789.

Per Stockton Police,  The victim has been located at the AM / PM at Fremont Street & Pershing Avenue. Active search for suspect. They also said the suspect vehicle located N/B I-5 just North of Downing Ave empty. Active search in area

● 22 year old male dating a 15 year old female.
○ Statutory issues.
● Violently beats her.
○ Assault
○ Battery
○ AWD (Assault with Deadly Weapon)
● Forces her into the car.
○ Kidnapping
○ False Imprisonment.
And, now he’s on the lamb.

I hope he get what he deserves, and some. Now a side note for the parents. Ok, Parents it’s time to wakeup – WTF were you all thinking? I hope the police file charges against you all with the appropriate crimes related to this incident, too.
