The following are a sampling of calls handled by Brentwood Police between September 2-11 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Animal Calls

  • 9/4 – Lakeview Dr: RES ran over a duck with a golf cart. The duck did not survive. Case forwarded for review.

Auto Theft

  • 9/3 – Shiles LP: VIC reported vehicle stolen.
  • 9/5 – Central Blvd: VIC’s 1990 gold Honda Accord 4-dr Calif. was taken from her designated parking space overnight.
  • 9/9 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was stopped for driving a stolen vehicle. An investigation revealed ARR was scammed into purchasing a stolen vehicle. ARR was released per 849(b) PC.
  • 9/10 – Teal Ct.: VIC’s vehicle stolen on 9/8/16.

Assault

  • 9/5 – Central Blvd: VIC states during a verbal altercation RES choked him and brandished a knife like object. RES was not on scene and VIC was not able to be identified.
  • 9/6 – Pippo Ave: VIC reported RES hit her with a door, injuring her.
  • 9/9 – Balfour Rd: ARR/VIC-1 and ARR-VIC-2 were in a physical altercation and both signed a Citizen’s Arrest form. Both parties were released on a PTA.
  • 9/11 – Minnesota Ave: ARR kicked VIC and then resisted Officers. ARR to MDF.

Burglary – Business

  • 9/6 – Sand Creek Rd: RES broke window and damaged the Point of Sale. The loss is unknown at this time.
  • 9/8 – Brentwood Blvd: RES attempted to shatter the window of the business to gain entry, however was unsuccessful. Occd 9/8/16 at 0235 hours.

Burglary – Other

  • 9/5 – Lone Tree Way: ARR attempted to steal approximately $1,600 worth of merchandise from business and stopped by loss prevention. Merchandise recovered and ARR to MDF.
  • 9/9 – Walnut Blvd: Forced entry into side door of unattached garage. No loss.

Burglary – Residential

  • 9/11 – Somersby Way: VIC’s unlocked garage and car were entered and stole jewelry, gym equipment, golf clubs, pearl necklace. Total loss at $7,500.

Burglary – Theft From Auto

  • 9/4 – Sand Creek Rd: RES forced entry into VIC’s vehicle and stole purse.
  • 9/6 – Sand Creek Rd: VIC returned to VEH and found aftermarket radio missing.
  • 9/6 – Sand Creek Rd: Unidentified responsible punched driver’s side lock, forcing entry through driver’s side door. Men’s wallet, CDL, debit card and credit card taken. Occurred 9/6/16 bewteen 2105-2200 hours.
  • 9/7 – Sand Creek Rd: RES entered VIC’s vehicle by unknown means and stole a purse.
  • 9/8 – Sand Creek Rd: Unknown responsible(s) shattered a vehicle’s passenger side window and stole items from the vehicle.
  • 9/10 – Summerset Dr: RES tampered with vehicles ignition and stolen items from vehicle.

Drunk

  • 9/4 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR was transported and booked at MDF.
  • 9/4 – First St.: ARR1 and ARR2 found to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for their own safety. ARR1 and ARR2 to MDF.
  • 9/5 – Spanish Dr: ARR contacted outside his residence and determined to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/9 – Central Blvd: ARR was contacted during a welfare check and found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/9 – Alexander Way: ARR was too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/10 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/11 – Edgefield Pl: ARR was contacted after reports of a physical altercation with another subject who was not located. ARR was determined to be too intoxicated to care for herself and had a ARR was transported to MDF.

DUI

  • 9/2 – Century Oaks Dr: ARR was contacted sleeping in his vehicle while in the roadway. ARR was determined to be DUI. A search warrant was obtained for ARR’s blood. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/11 – DeMartini Lane: ARR contacted during a physical dispute inside of VEH. ARR found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.

Embezzlement

  • 9/3 – Lone Tree Way: RP stated internal audit showed INV had embezzled approximately $400 from company. No prosecution desired.

Fraud/Credit Card/ATM

  • 9/6 – Lone Tree Way: Two unidentified males attempted to use two $100 counterfeit bills to purchase beer at Trader Joes. Occurred 9/6/16 at approximately 1934 hours, fled prior to police arrival.
  • 9/9 – O’Hara Ave: RES called the business and impersonated a PG&E employee demanding funds for an account. VICs used cash to obtain gift cards for RES, however never sent them.

Grand Theft

  • 9/8 – Roundhill Drive: Unknown RES took jewelry from VIC’s residence.
  • 9/10 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole $1,569.00 worth of merchandise from Kohl’s. All items recovered. RES dropped purse while fleeing scene.

H&S Violation

  • 9/6 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR contacted and determined to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.

Narcotic Drug Law Violations

  • 9/3 – Brentwood Blvd.: ARR stopped for PC violations. ARR found to have a felony warrant out of CCCSO for 10851 VC and two misdemeanor warrants out of Brentwood PD for 11377(a) HS. ARR found to be in possession of burglary tools, suspected methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/3 – Broderick Dr.: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation. A search of ARR revealed methamphetamine. ARR was booked at BPD and released on a PTA.
  • 9/4 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR-1 was stopped for a CVC violation and found to be in possession of methamphetamine, stolen property and burglary tools. ARR-2 was a felon in possession of pepper spray. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF.
  • 9/6 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 9/7 – Walnut Blvd: ARR was stopped and contacted for VCOO violation and found driving on a suspended license, under the influence of a CNS stimulant, possessed meth, stolen property, and
    paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/11 – Second St.: ARR-1 and ARR-2 found to be in possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia while under the influence of a controlled substance. ARR-1 and ARR-2 released on PTA’s. ARR-1 transported by AMR for possible OD.

Outside Assist

  • 9/10 – Highway 4: BPD assisted Antioch PD on a high risk stop and vehicle pursuit of a wanted felon.

Penal Code Violations

  • 9/2 – Second St.: ARR gave false name and obstructed officer’s investigation after physical altercation.

Petty Theft

  • 9/4 – Sand Creek Rd: RES stole two pair of men’s jeans.
  • 9/4 – Alta St.: RES stole rear license plate from VIC’s vehicle. Plate entered into SVS.
  • 9/5 –Fiorita Way: Unknown RES took various items during a party at her residence.
  • 9/6 – Balfour Rd: ARR was placed under citizen’s arrest for shoplifting.
  • 9/7 – Morro Bay Dr.: RES stole two boxes from bed of truck prior to fleeing. When confronted by RP, RES dropped the boxes and fled the area on foot.
  • 9/7 – Lone Tree Way: CIT stole merchandise from business, which was recovered. CIT released on signed Notice to Appear.
  • 9/9 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole an area rug. WIT recovered the rug shortly thereafter. RES fled the scene.
  • 9/10 – Lone Tree Way: A cell phone and wallet were stolen from an unlocked cubby at Rockin’ Jump.
  • 9/10 – Lone Tree Way: RES took a hat and cuff links without paying. RES fled the scene. Approximate loss $65.10
  • 9/11 – Century Oaks Dr.: VIC left car window down and a duffel bag was stolen- total loss $40.00
  • 9/11 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole two bottles of liquor. Approximately 21.00 loss
  • 9/11 – Grant St.: VIC had his Garmin GPS and miscellaneous tools from his unlocked vehicle. Total loss of $900.

Restraining Order Violation

  • 9/3 – Tradition Way: ARR violated DV restraining order when she showed up to residence. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/6 – Cornsilk Ct.: RES is restrained from location and forced entry via a side door. ARR was also at the location in violation of a restraining order. RES and ARR fled the scene prior to
    police arrival. ARR was located a short distance away.
  • 9/9 – Pasco Dr: RES violated a restraining order, VIC was his mother.

Trespassing

  • 9/5 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR refused to leave property when requested by manager. ARR on felony probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/9 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR contacted in a no trespassing zone. ARR found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.

Vandalism

  • 9/3 – Rolando Ave: RES spray painted with black spray paint on the sidewalk and threw white paint onto VIC-2 and VIC-3’s parked vehicles.
  • 9/8 – Rapallo Ct.: Unknown responsible(s) deflated a vehicle’s two rear tires and shattered the front and of rear windshields.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • 9/3 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violation. ARR was found to be driving with a suspended driver license for DUI. ARR released on a NTA
  • 9/7 – Lone Tree Way: ARR-1 stopped for VC violation and found to be driving on suspended CDL for DUI. ARR-2 provided a false name to officer and found in possession of checks, access cards, and ID not belonging to her. ARR-2 also found to have misdemeanor drug warrant. ARR-1 was released on a PTA from scene, ARR-2 booke…
  • 9/8 – Balfour Rd: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violation. ARR was driving with a suspended driver license for DUI and on probation. ARR released on a signed NTA. ARR vehicle released to registered owner.

Warrant

  • 9/25 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted as a passenger in a vehicle stopped for VC violations and found to have a no bail warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/2 – Taylor Rd: ARR contacted during a warrant sweep and had a warrant for his arrest. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 9/2 – Minaker Dr.: ARR contacted during a warrant service. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/7 – Jeffery Way: ARR was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was fond to have a non-citable warrant out of Antioch for 488 PC. ARR was transported to MDF.
  • 9/8 – Almond St.: ARR-1 and ARR-2 were contacted and had warrants for their arrest. ARRs to MDF.
  • 9/9 – Europena Dr.: ARR contacted at his residence and found to have an outstanding felony warrant out of CCCSO for failure to comply with order of probation for 11379(a) HS. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/10 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation. ARR found to have a citable misd warrant out of Pleasanton PD. ARR was released on a PTA.
  • 9/10 – Teal Ct.: ARR was contacted and found to have two misdemeanor warrants for his arrest. ARR to MDF. Vehicle towed for storage.
  • 9/11 – Sunset Rd: ARR stopped for a VC violation. ARR found to be driving on a suspended license. ARR had an outstanding cite-release warrant (Los Angeles).
