Updated: San Ramon Police Locate Missing 74-Year-Old With Alzheimer’s

San Ramon Police is searching for 74 year old, Betsy Wachter, a white female, 5’05” tall, slim build. Betsy has brown/grey hair & it is unknown what she is wearing.

She will most likely be walking & suffers from Alzheimer’s.
