San Jose Police Arrest Two Pittsburg Men in Homicide Case

The San Jose Police Department have announced the arrest of two men from Pittsburg as suspects in a September 23 homicide case on Rancho Drive.

Suspects Availek Hepburn-Martin and Tearri Jaquille Richard, both 20, were taken into custody and booked into Santa Clara County Jail. No other information is being released at this time.

On September 23, 2014 at 8:56 P.M., the San Jose Police Department 911 Communications Center received a call of a male shot inside a residence in the 100 block of Rancho Drive in San Jose. Officers responded and located two adult male victims who had both been shot at least once.

The victims were identified as Bryan Lang and his father, Keith Lang. Both victims were pronounced deceased at the scene. A third adult female victim was also injured during the incident and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The female victim’s injuries were not a result of gunshot wounds.

The San Jose Police Department Homicide Unit has identified and arrested two suspects in connection with the murder of Keith and Bryan Lang.

A mom should not have to worry after a son robs a store getting shot. That could have been my next son.

Stop killing innocent black kids who reach for a cops gun. Why can’t I burn and destroy my neighborhood?
