Pittsburg Police Investigating Bomb Threat at USS-Posco

The Pittsburg Police Department is currently investigating a bomb threat at USS-Posco at 900 Loveridge Road in Pittsburg.

According to Captain Ron Raman, Posco received a call from an unknown male just after 3am making a bomb threat.  They have evacuated their employees and Pittsburg Police Officers are assisting with a search of the location with our police k9.

Captain Raman could not provide further formation as of 6:40 am and stated the search is out of an abundance of caution.

According to several employees, they were all told to leave the facility while those coming to work were told to go home.

Just after 10:00 am, Pittsburg Police reported the bomb threat was “all clear”.
