Park Middle School’s PTSA is hosting “A Taste of Italy” dinner-dance fundraiser on Saturday, April 5, from 5-10pm at the VFW Hall in Antioch. This is an adult event that the entire community is invited to!
Proceeds will benefit PTSA’s goal of purchasing new stage drapes and funding other school beautification projects, as well as donations to Park’s award-winning Drill Team and the Leadership class. This is an idea born from a meeting with all three groups, where PTSA discussed how we could hold a collaborative fundraiser that would benefit each cause and involve the surrounding community in Antioch and Park’s alumni.
Organizers have a goal to raise over $8,000 from this event. Dinner will be prepared by Park’s Principal, Mr. John Jimno and family, and will include pasta, meat, sides, dessert, wine, coffee, tea, water and a no-host bar.
There will also be a live band, door prizes, raffles and a silent auction which includes 4 tickets to Disneyland, sports memorabilia and more! Tickets are only $30 per person and can be purchased by calling Sara at (925) 779-7420 x10095.
