The Drama Factory has announced that it will host its 2nd Annual Monster Dash 5K Run/Walk on October 14th at Contra Loma Regional Park.
The Halloween-themed athletic event for all ages that includes a 5k run, a one mile run, and a children’s costume parade through Antioch’s scenic Contra Loma Regional Park. Funds raised from this event go to help keep the performing arts accessible to the community.
The first 5k overall male and female finishers will be awarded a plaque. The first overall male and female in the 1 mile event will receive medals.
Costumes are encouraged, but optional. Spectators are also encouraged to wear a costume.
Registration:
Registration is open for this event up until the race begins, however, participants must register by October 7 to be guaranteed a t-shirt–supplies are limited after the 7th.

Schedule
Packet pickup will be on site, the morning of the race, starting at 7:00am.
8:15AM – Warm ups with USATF Running Coach, Tony Salinaro
8:25AM – 1 Mile Run/Walk START
9:00AM – 5K Run/Walk START
