I remember back k in 2007 when I moved from Alameda to Oakley, my insurance guy said my rate was going up. I couldn’t believe it at the time but year after year it has been evident the reason why. Slow down, it’s ok to let a car in the lane or pass you and by all means stay off that darn cell phone.
