The driver, the passenger, and the vehicle itself were soon located. Investigators were also provided with a variety of neighborhood security camera recordings that aided in the conclusion of the investigation.

Police say the incident began because of an Internet Classified ad sale. Investigators arrested Noah Williams, 19 years old from Oakley and Darian Castillo, 18 years old of Brentwood on charges related to the shooting. Both were booked at the County Jail on a variety of Felony charges stemming from the incident.

Anyone with more information regarding this incident is asked to contact OPD Investigators through our tip line at [email protected].
