On Saturday August 29, Oakley Police responded to a report of a male exposing himself in front of children at Shady Oak Park.
The incident occurred just before 1:00 pm on Shady Oak Lane and Simoni Ranch Dr. where an officer quickly located the male and took him into custody. The officer reportedly took the subject to the ground as he was resisting arrest.
