The Oakley Police Department arrested Oswaldo Olivarez for possession of a loaded firearm, possession of narcotics, and a probation violation.
According to police, at approximately 10:30 AM Wednesday, officers responded to the 1300 block of Toulumne off Teton Road for a report of a man with a gun. Upon arrival, officers observed a vehicle leaving the location. Officers stopped the car, ultimately arresting
