While this was originally classfiied as a hit and run, it turned out to be a non-issue as the driver of the incident ended up heading down to Oakley PD to file the report. It was originally reported that Oakley PD was searching for the vehicle. The damage to the vehicles were deemed minor. The incident occurred at Cypress and Rose Tuesday morning around 10:00 am.
