The City of Oakley announced Tuesday afternoon that Dwayne Dalman has been named the City of Oakley’s new Economic Development Manager. Dalman has served in a similar position for the last 8 1/2 years in El Cerrito. He also has experience with the City of Concord and Stanislaus County. He also has experience in the private sector as a construction loan officer.
He is expected to begin May 5.
According to Nancy Marquez, the City of Oakley had no comment at this time and would put out additional information on Friday.
