At 11:13 am Thursday, East Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to a report of gas at 3798 Daniel Drive off Nutmeg and O’Hara in the City of Oakley.
The incident has prompted a shelter in place at Laurel Elementary School while some homes in the area are being evacuated.
