The city should hold all blame for not putting in sideways years ago the city can findone to fix all other streets in oakley but only have enough to patch up 220,000 Sq ft on E Cypress. It’s been like this for the last 10 year since Summer lake homes were built.

Bryan Montgomery and the City Council have failed Oakley and residents on the side of the fire district. They refuse to work with Shea Homes and allow them to build a fire station at Cypress & Bethel Island Road. Instead, Shea had to sue Oakley for the ability to build a fire station simply on the other side of a road as originally planned. Shame on Oakley and Bryan Montgomery.

I pay over $9000 a yr in property taxes for bonds and other items that were to rebuild cypress road. I wonder where the city puts all that money.
