Oakley: Child Falls From Second Story Window, Airlifted to Children’s Hospital

At roughly 7:11 pm Sunday, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to a report of a pediatric fall victim in the Summer Lake and East Cypress Road area in Oakley.

Upon arrival, Engine 93 found a child in a minivan that had fallen out of a second story bedroom window onto the concrete below.

The child was transferred to AMR and transported to medical helicopter who then flew the patient to children’s hospital in Oakland with possible internal injuries.

No further information is available.
